Several of our principal consultants are accomplished trainers, in topics as diverse as the consultancy business we have established. In particular, we organise and present our own training seminars on Operations Quality Audit. We can also offer assistance with conversion training to JAR requirements in ground subjects for foreign licensed pilots.

This important aspect of airline management is, of course, always resourced internally. However, during hiatuses in senior staffing or during rapid fleet growth, it can be valuable to draw on outside experience for a short period. We have the benefit of many years spent in operations departments at major airlines and at independent handling organisations.
