Several of our principal consultants are accomplished trainers, in topics as diverse as the consultancy business we have established. In particular, we organise and present our own training seminars on Operations Quality Audit.


This important aspect of airline management is, of course, always resourced internally. However, during hiatuses in senior staffing or during rapid fleet growth, it can be valuable to draw on outside experience for a short period.
