All of our auditors are very experienced aviation professionals and are fully qualified, having undertaken approved airline auditor courses and have current Dangerous Goods training. IS-BAH CERTIFICATION

We are delighted to be one of the first companies accredited to provide preparation or audit services for business aviation handlers and FBOs wishing to achieve IS-BAH certification. We have, in 2014, completed a Management System, as required under EASA Implementing Rules, for an airline client. This has been approved by their national authority. We would be pleased to assist you with a similar project.

Several of our principal consultants are accomplished trainers, in topics as diverse as the consultancy business we have established. In particular, we organise and present our own training seminars on Operations Quality Audit.

This important aspect of airline management is, of course, always resourced internally. However, during hiatuses in senior staffing or during rapid fleet growth, it can be valuable to draw on outside experience for a short period. We have the benefit of many years spent in operations departments at major airlines and at independent handling organisations. In these roles we have acquired the expertise to be able to conduct audits of the effectiveness of your operations procedures, and to benchmark against best practice in the wider airline industry.

Our consultants have already assisted many operators in their transition to JAR-OPS and EU-OPS, and are now working with clients on the final transition to EASA Implementing Rules. The greater part of this work has centred on the production of manuals, although we can also provide project management solutions.
